Thank you for your interest in iambic Software's TinySheet application. Please see below for directions on installing TinySheet and accessing the documentation.

TinySheet requires a PalmOS 2.0 or higher and 104 KB of free space. TinySheet will run on a PalmPilot Professional, PalmPilot Personal, Palm III, Palm IIIe, Palm IIIx, Palm V, Palm Vx, Palm VII, Handspring Visor or IBM WorkPad. TinySheet will also run on a PalmPilot 5000 or PalmPilot 1000 with the 1 MB upgrade.

Installing TinySheet

Windows Installation

  1. Install the TinySheet software (TinySheet.prc) onto your Palm device using the Palm Computing connected organizer Install Tool. To do this, select the Start button | Programs | Palm Desktop | Install Tool. Tap the Add button in the Install Tool and navigate through your PC until you locate the TinySheet.prc. When you locate it, select it and tap the Open button. Tap the Done button to exit the Install Tool.
  2. Synchronize your Palm device and TinySheet will be installed.
  3. Enter your license (see below). For the first three days of use, you will not need to enter a license. After three days, you will need a license to open and activate TinySheet. To obtain a free demo license to run TinySheet for an additional thirty days, access this web page: http://www.iambic.com/pilot/tinysheet/download.htm. To purchase a permanent license, access this web page: http://www.iambicstore.com  If you purchased TinySheet from the iambic Software web store, then a TinySheet license will have been sent to you via email.

Mac Installation

  1. Open HotSync Manager on your Mac.
  2. Select Install from the HotSync Menu.
  3. Locate the TinySheet file (TinySheet.prc) using the Add to List button.
  4. Select open, once you locate TinySheet.prc.
  5. Hotsync your Palm Computing connected organizer.
  6. Tap the Applications Launcher at the bottom of your handheld device. You should see the TinySheet icon in alphabetical order with the other Palm applications.
  7. Open the TinySheet application on the handheld device by tapping the TinySheet icon.
  8. Enter the license. For the first three days of use, you will not need to enter a license. After three day, you will need a license to open and activate the TinySheet application. Entering the TinySheet License

To enter the TinySheet license, tap the Palm device menu silkscreen button (round icon at the bottom left of the Palm device, next to the graffiti writing area).  From the menu bar that appears select Tools | About TinySheet and tap the "Purchasing" button.  Next tap the "Enter License" button and enter your license.

Upgrading TinySheet

*To upgrade from TinySheet, version 2.1- just install the new TinySheet version over the old version and enter your license.

*To upgrade from TinySheet, version 2.2- just install the new TinySheet version over the old version; you will not have to enter your license.

Important:  As a precaution, you should export existing sheets from the previous TinySheet version to the native Palm Memo Pad application prior to upgrading. This will serve as a backup of your TinySheet data.
